Shipping and Delivery Methods
Taiba Outfitters uses UPS package delivery as the primary method of shipping. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically based on the method of shipping and location during completing the order form.
Return and Refund Policy
Our objective is your complete satisfaction with your purchases. To be able to choose the right size for your order, please refer to the size chart before placing your orders.
We recommend that you try on your fashions prior to washing them or removing any tags once received. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items to TaibaOutfitters in their original conditions and packaging within 30 days of the day of purchase (the date of placing the order). We will refund the full amount of the returned items minus the return shipping cost (if shipping charges are not paid by customer). TaibaOutfitters will fully refund any return that has resulted of TaibaOutfitters error or defect in the product including shipping cost.
Please send your returned items to TaibaOutfitters after completing the return fields on the original invoice.
